Many Reasons I love Inky Stamps!

Good Afternoon Everyone!! WOOHOO it's FRIDAY!!! Everyone ready for the weekend?? I know I am, getting everyone back in school routine has been a chore.

I have something I would like to share with my blogging friends today!!! As you guys know I have very recently became a design team member for Inky Impressions. I had the pleasure to work with these stamps. I was sent a couple new released stamps to get prepared for sneak peaks and a blog hop that will be happening VERY SOON!! Well...I received these and inked them the first time and fell in LOVE instantly!! I had to order me a couple more and I will sure to be ordering a couple more after that and after that. I CANNOT believe the QUALITY and depth of these stamps. Not to mention they are the sweetest images EVER...teehee!!!

For those who do not know, Inky Impressions is a fairly NEW stamp line. I wanted to share with you guys who haven't seen their stamps HOW AWESOME they truly are! Here are a couple of the stamps I ordered and the packaging they come in. They come in a packaging with a complete COLORED image. For us stampers that get stumped on how to color an image, how wonderful is that to have the image colored for ideas, especially those who are new to stamping. Also, on the back side is where their stamps cling. Its a zip lock top, so NO ripping it when you open it, and already has the perfect storage!!

If you haven't checked out their products, please can go and visit THE STORE. Also check back for the sneak peaks of the new releases coming very soon, you will totally LOVE them!! You will not be disappointed with these stamps!!
If you get a chance and would like to play a new challenge we also have a challenge BLOG.

I really wanted to share this with everyone and I hope you guys have a HAPPY FRIDAY!

Back to School Night

Wow, I can't believe my kids are heading back to school tomorrow. This summer went by so fast, I have to admit a stay at home mom with three kids is ready for a break.LOL! Even though I enjoyed my summer with my kids I am ready for things to get in routine. I haven't been around much this weekend, getting things ready for tomorrow and 2 soccer games, it has been a quite busy weekend. I did however get a card in while I was cooking dinner tonight..LOL....This was a real simple card that didn't take too much time. I still have baths and trying to get the kids to bed early will also be a chore.

I decided to the challenge over at Stamp, Scrap, & Doodle Saturday. It was to make a monochromatic card. I think I have only made one of these once, so this isn't something I usually do and I thought it would be a fun challenge. Why not give it a try ,right??? I really love this new color rich razzleberry from Stampin Up, so this was the first color that came to mind. I really hope you enjoy my card!! I hope everyone has had a GREAT weekend.

Hanna Stamps Guest Designer Round 2, Project 1

Happy Saturday Everyone!!! I am not sure if you remember my post of the Riley Tin and the card I made for the DT position for Hanna Stamps. Well I made the top 15 finalist. So now the competition really begins. Today I have to upload a card for the challenge and we have to upload another one August 8th and the final project August 15th. They are then narrowing it down to 6. The winners will be announced the 22nd of August. Those six chosen will be guest designers for Hanna Stamps. Wish me luck guys. I really love Hanna Stamps and would love to be part of this fabulous team and company! There is quite the competition and they are all talented woman who made the top 15. So here is my first project that is due today.. Hope you enjoy it, I REALLY love how it turned out. Also if you would like to check out every one's projects you can go to THIS THREAD at SCS. Everyone has to post to this thread today as well. I hope you have a great Saturday and thanks for stopping by.

Here's the Recipe -

This is a Isle Card. It opens where Riley is. I showed a picture of how it opens. It stands up and opens how cool is that. I wanted something different so I found a champagne bottle template and cut it out of chipboard. I made it to look like a bubble bath bottle.

Once I got the base of the card. I covered the center and top with SU Designer Paper Regal Rose. I attached a polka dotted button and attached a tag and sheer ribbon.

The sentiment is computer generated and I thought of this cool sentiment. ( Ease your troubles, relax in some bubbles) I printed it out and ran it through the Cuttlebug with a Sizzix tag die.

I punched circles added wire and beads then attached to the top of the bottle.

I then colored Miss Sophie. Isn't she a cutie. I colored her with copics twice cut her out and popped her up. I punched tiny circles with a Marvy punch and added her bubbles. I added bling to the bubbles of the image. I added stickles to her wine glass.

I punched her out with a circle and added a Basic Black circle and a Regal Rose Scallop circle behind her. I attached Sophie to the front of the bubble bath.

I heat embossed glitter at the bottom of the bottle.

I added stickers from Stampendous for the inside sentiment.

Wow..I think I have it all....
