Holiday Cards - No peeking at this Post Family :)

Good Morning Everyone, Happy Monday!! WOW its cold, snowy, and sooooo windy here today in Northeast Ohio. The kids have the day off today because of the terrible temperatures and blowing snow. BRRRRRR a good day to stamp for sure!!!

I wanted to share my holiday cards with you that I made for my family and family friends......I spent probably 12 hours working on these yesterday, I did nothing but stamp and prep these all day...I still have the sentiment to stamp on the inside and then they will be ready to mail. Hope you Enjoy!!!

I think I am a little crazy, LOL I made a total of 50 cards, I really hope this is enough, I have extra pictures if necessary :)

I wanted to make something easy and cheaper to mail since I will be mailing so much for the holidays. I want to share directions for you in case you would like to make something similar with a photo of your kids in the center.

This card is your standard A2 size, I cuttle bugged the second layer with this darling Basic Grey Sizzix folder. My next step was to add a 1 1/2 inch layer of green and tore it for added texture. I sent my picture off to Walmart, I had the kids sit really close together in front of the fire place so I could get it so I could punch the pictures out. When I ordered my photos I ordered the wallet size. Next I used my large scallop circle punch (by Marvy) and punched the red circle, I then used the next one down (the pink one by Marvy) to punch all of the pictures. I then used my nestie to do the white circle behind the picture. This is the one in the small circles nestie pack. I then punched a 1 1/4 circle to attach on the back on the scallop red circle, then punched a hole so it would look like an ornament. Finally, I tied a ribbon and hot glued it. I thought it needed a little something extra so I added some bling to the corner :)

Hope you enjoyed my creation today, thanks so much for stopping by!! Have a GREAT Monday Everyone!!!
