My Christmas Cards

Good Morning Everyone, WOW I am so glad it is Friday.....Another busy week preparing for the holidays. I also drove to PA and back yesterday....Sorry I haven't been around, its been crazy!!! When I get a minute today I will for sure stop by and visit everyone and see what you have been up to...!!!

I wanted to share my Holiday cards I will be making this year for Christmas. I know I am a little late but I am getting there. HAHAHA. I wanted something simple since I mail out over 60 cards. Also with the mailing costs I wanted something not too bulky this year.....!!! This card is also for today's LSC251 challenge over at SCS. Today's challenge is to add gold or silver decorations to your card. To me Santa is for a wonderful Christmas Decoration. His belt is gold and added gold cord to the tag!!! I hope you enjoy my creation and thanks so much for stopping by and visiting me!!!! Have a wonderful Friday!!!

Here's the Recipe
  • Sentiment - Clear Dollar Stamp, stamped in Momento Black Ink
  • Cardstock - Red, White, Black, and Gold
  • Accessories - SU Tag Punch, Gold Cording, 2 Marvy Square Punches

Adorable card! And it looks so dimensional- great job on keeping it to a 'minimum mailing weight'!! (My post office scolded me for a single button!)
Have fun creating!

Hi ya Crystal. This is fabby babe. I would never of thought of doing this..its great!...I should've learned last year with bulky cards and the cost...I have now sent out 39 cards ouch!! I don't mind though but when you send some things and the postage costs more than the pressy that's when I take a very deep breath!

Thanks for popping over...lovely to see you as always. Have a wonderful christmas and may your new year be filled with super blessings.

This is such a simple combination, but so stunning, Crystal! Perfect Santa card; it must be what most little kids see when they snuggle into his lap with their wish list!!

Hi Crystal,

this is too cool,
and I made a card after your idea for my boss for christmas. I hope thats ok for you? My collegues and I had a photoshooting with Santa hats and I haven´t had an idea yet, how to wrap that picture.
Your card is the perfect way.
I can´t show it on my blog yet, he´ll get his present on Wednesday, but when I do show, I´ll put a link to your post.
I linked you to my blogroll as well, your creations are faboulus!
I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
